Our Strength is Knowing What Insurance Companies Fear

Clients come to the Elkin Law Office in Nashville, Tennessee, for aggressive representation of their rights and diligence in moving their case forward. Victims of personal injury, those facing divorce and businesses engaged in a dispute deserve and need that type of advocacy with so much at stake.

Former Insurance Defense Attorney Representing the Injured

Julie-Karel Elkin established our firm after 13 years as an insurance defense litigator. During that time she represented nearly every major insurance company in the United States. The firsthand experience and in-depth insight into how insurance companies handle claims are invaluable to those who have suffered injuries in an accident that involves a car, truck, motorcycle or product.

In addition, Ms. Elkin is a Supreme Court Rule 31-listed general civil mediator, a member of Harry Phillips American Inns of Court and a founding member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators. She is also BV®-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system. When Ms. Elkin is not practicing law, she is actively in raising money for Youth Encouragement services to help disadvantaged young people, and Families of Fallen Soldiers.
